She spent the last 32 years as a healthcare professional using a flexible, agile, approachable mindset to work within many different team dynamics in hospitals and clinics of various sizes. She has learned to pivot when necessary. She uses her transformative leadership style to help others grow and reach their full potential. She helps organizational teams gain skills as problem-solvers, foster connections, create a collaborative atmosphere, and effectively communicate with other team members.
Also, Gwendolyn has a robust educational background that compliments her experiences working in diverse team environments. She has a Doctor of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Communications, and Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
Angelika is the Creative Solutions Director who enjoys meeting the creative needs of CLATAK Consulting.
Angelika is the creator of Camp Catharsis. She carries a passion for mental health and nature. Angelika decided to combine her passion for mental health and nature with achieving a cathartic release and a mental reset. Thus, Camp Catharsis was born.
Angelika is currently enrolled in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
Porter is the Videographer/Information Technologist who enjoys meeting the creative and technological needs of CLATAK Consulting.
Porter carries a passion for creativity, videography, photography, and graphic design. He decided to combine these passions with his love for technology to create videos and advertisements for CLATAK Consulting. He likes to take a unique and personal approach to his work, keeping with the company thought process that ‘one size does not fit all.’
His work can often be found in the Chamber of Commerce weekly advertisement or on the company website.
